Withdrawal Policy
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10 DOGE. Withdrawals below this amount will not be processed. This minimum may be adjusted by platform administrators.
Withdrawal Process
- Users submit a withdrawal request specifying the amount and destination wallet address.
- The platform validates the request, checking available balance and minimum withdrawal requirements.
- The requested amount is locked to prevent double withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are processed through the configured payment method (FaucetPay by default).
- An external transaction ID is saved upon successful payment.
- The withdrawal status is updated to "paid" upon confirmation.
Payment Methods
- FaucetPay: The default withdrawal method. Requires a FaucetPay account and Dogecoin address within FaucetPay.
- Other payment methods may be added by administrators.
- Each payment method has its own minimum withdrawal amount and fee structure.
Fees
A withdrawal fee may apply. The default fee is 1 DOGE, but this is configurable by administrators. The net amount received is: available_balance - fee.
Withdrawal Statuses
All withdrawals progress through the following statuses:
- pending: Withdrawal request submitted and under review.
- processing: Withdrawal is being processed through the payment provider.
- paid: Withdrawal has been successfully sent to the recipient.
- failed: Withdrawal could not be completed (e.g., invalid address, insufficient funds).
- rejected: Withdrawal was rejected by admin or due to policy violations.
Failed Withdrawal Handling
If a withdrawal fails:
- The locked amount is unlocked/refunded safely to the user's available balance.
- The withdrawal status is updated to "failed".
- The user may submit a new withdrawal request.
- Duplicate payment prevention measures are in place.
Verification
The platform verifies withdrawal requests by:
- Checking available balance
- validating the wallet address format
- Confirming the amount meets minimum requirements
- Validating the payment method is enabled and configured
- Checking for duplicate withdrawal requests
Processing Time
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method:
- FaucetPay: Typically instant to 24 hours.
- Other methods: Varies based on external provider.
