1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Dogecoin Cloud Mining platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Account Registration

To register for an account, you must provide a valid Dogecoin wallet address. Each wallet address can only be associated with one account. Duplicate wallet registrations are prohibited. By registering, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Mining Operations

The mining power displayed on the platform represents configured mining power settings and does not necessarily reflect physical mining hardware. Rewards are calculated server-side based on your allocated mining power and the configured reward system. The platform reserves the right to modify mining parameters at any time.

4. Rewards and Earnings

All rewards are determined by the platform's configured reward system and are not guaranteed. Daily rewards are calculated based on your mining power relative to the base mining power. The platform may modify reward rates, welcome bonus parameters, and other settings at its discretion. Earnings are not guaranteed investment returns.

5. Deposits

All deposits are subject to confirmation requirements. Minimum deposit amounts apply. Deposits are not confirmed merely because a user submitted a transaction hash. The platform may manually review and confirm deposits based on its verification process. Deposits are subject to rejection at the platform's discretion.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to minimum amounts and verification. The minimum withdrawal amount applies. Withdrawals are processed through the configured payment method (FaucetPay by default). The platform is not responsible for delays or losses due to external payment providers.

7. Referral Program

The referral program offers a 15% commission on referred users' earnings. Self-referral is prohibited. Commissions are paid when referred users earn rewards. The platform reserves the right to modify referral parameters or terminate the program at any time.

8. Account Suspension

The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for abuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity. Suspended users forfeit any pending balances. The platform reserves the right to determine the validity of any account action.

9. Limitation of Liability

The platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or earnings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
